The Chief-of-Staff supports and works closely with the Metropolitan Archbishop in implementing the overall priorities and administrative decisions for the Ukrainian Catholic Archeparchy of Philadelphia.  

The Chief-of-Staff also works in coordination with the Vicar General, and together, they are accountable for the pastoral and administrative duties of the Archeparchy as well as the management of the Chancery office.

In addition, the Chief-of-Staff supports the Metropolitan Archbishop in his responsibilities outside of the Archeparchy.
