Christmas confession schedule in the South Anthracite Deanery

On November 15, 2021 the priests  of the South Anthracite Deanery held their deanery meeting at Transfiguration Parish in Shamokin. During the meeting the Dean of the South Anthracite Deanery  Very Rev. Mykola Ivanov presented  a yearly report with of the profits from Ukrainian Seminary Day.
 

After the discussion the priests of the deanery decided to go back to the usual schedule of activities of the deanery. These include  a rotating schedule of Christmas confessions of the parishes which will take place in December, Yearly Great Lenten Stations of the Cross in 2022, Easter Confessions, 2022 Summer Youth Gatherings, and the Ukrainian Seminary Day on the Last Sunday in July 2022.
 

After the meeting, all the priests were treated to luncheon sponsored by the pyrohy workers of Transfiguration Parish.

St. Nicholas, Minersville — Fr. Worschak, Fr. Hutsko

St. Michael, Shenandoah — Fr. Fesniak, Fr. Zvarych

Wednesday, December 15   

St. Michael, Hazelton — Fr. Ivanov

Protection, McAdoo — Fr. Fesniak, Fr. Zvarych

St. Michael, Frackville —Msgr. Grabowsky, Fr. Hutsko

St. Nicholas, St. Clair — Fr. Worschak

Confessions are heard from 6:00 PM to 7:00 PM in each church.
