During the summer holidays, our parishes hold camps for children.

From June 19 to July 7, a children's camp was held at the parish of St. Michael the Archangel in Jenkintown, Pennsylvania. The camp called "Blessed are the merciful" aimed to give children a deeper understanding of acts of mercy for the body and soul. During three weeks, 100 participants, 6 teachers and 9 assistants had an opportunity to pray, learn, have fun, and enjoy new acquaintances.

On Friday, July 7, the camp participants prepared a performance for their parents. During the performance, the children demonstrated their talents and what they learned during the camp and how they were enriched culturally and spiritually. The participants collected warm clothes and shoes for children from Ukraine who lost their parents and suffered from the war.
