Archbishop Borys Visits Basilian Sister in Fox Chase, PA

On the evening of the Feast of Transfiguration, August 6, the Basilian Sisters hosted a dinner for Archbishop Borys Gudziak. In his remarks, the Archbishop greeted the newly elected Provincial Superior Sister Joann Sosler and her councilors: Sisters Dorothy Ann, Clement and Theodora. Additionally, he thanked Sister Dorothy Ann, the previous Provincial Superior, for her dedicated service to the sisters over the past two terms.

Metropolitan Borys also extended a warm welcome to a newly arrived sister from the Contemplative Monastery of the Sacred Heart of Jesus from Midtown, NY, who will be residing and continuing the mission of contemplative prayer at the Motherhouse of Basilian Sisters in Fox Chase, PA.
