On Sunday, October 20, Metropolitan Borys Gudziak visited St. John the Baptist Parish in Whippany, NJ. Accompanied by a wonderful choir, parishioners and guests prayed together during the Divine Liturgy, reflecting on the parable of Lazarus.

"Jesus calls us to the depths, to deep waters, and shows us a clear, black-and-white image so that we understand our responsibility and the consequences of our actions," the bishop emphasized in his sermon.

Concelebrating the Liturgy were Rev. Stepan Bilyk, Rev. Yuriy Kozlovsky, Msgr. Peter Waslo, and Deacon Ihor Demydas.
