St. Gabriel Institute Alumni and Students Gather for Fellowship in Lviv

On Wednesday, August 12, alumni and current students of the St. Gabriel Institute of Communication and Diplomacy gathered for an evening of fellowship at the Patriarchal House in Lviv.

The gathering brought together 17 participants, including alumni from the Institute’s previous two cohorts, members of this year’s cohort, and their spouses. It offered an opportunity for participants at different stages of their journey with the Institute to meet one another, renew friendships, and share their experiences.

The evening was marked by warm fellowship and lively conversation. Alumni had the opportunity to share something of their experience during and after the program, while current students could get to know those who had walked the same path before them. At the same time, old friendships were strengthened and new connections formed across the different cohorts.

Such gatherings are an important part of the mission of the St. Gabriel Institute. The Institute seeks not only to provide formation in communication and diplomacy, but also to build a lasting community and network of people committed to serving the Church and representing its voice in society.

The gathering in Lviv was therefore more than simply a reunion. It was another small step in building the wider community of the St. Gabriel Institute—a community that continues to grow from year to year, bringing together its students, alumni, their families, and friends in friendship and common service to the Church.
