Ukrainian Fellowship Gathering in Arlington, VA

Bishop Paul Chomnycky, Bishop of Stamford, represented His Beatitude Sviatoslav and Metropolitan Borys at this annual event held in conjunction with the National Prayer Breakfast, on Wednesday February 9. Father Robert Hitchens accompanied Bishop Paul to this ecumenical event as representatives of the Ukrainian Catholic Church.

Bishop Paul led the gathering in prayer before dinner and reminded the gathering that suffering and persecution is unfortunately nothing new for Ukraine and its people. But, with the Light of Christ, Ukraine and its people will never be extinguished.
