Ukrainian victory is near

St. Nicholas Church in Passaic, New Jersey is collecting tactical fingerless gloves, sleeping bags, underwear (underpants, tank tops), socks, first aid kits, coffee, tea, energy bars for the military. We ask everyone who wishes to join the campaign, which continues during the months of February and March 2023, the year of our Lord.

Father Andriy Dudkevych addressed parishioners and friends on his Facebook page:

“Dear Parishioners and Friends! The War in Ukraine has been going on for a year, but we sincerely believe that a Ukrainian victory is near. We invite you to join us in this urgent charity drive and support our brave soldiers, the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU), who are defending our native Ukrainian land from the invaders. During Lent, please donate the following items that are needed by our soldiers: tactical gloves without fingers, sleeping bags, underwear (underpants, T-shirts), socks, first aid kits, multivitamins, coffee, tea, energy bars. Let's join our efforts together and help our courageous warriors! Please bring donated items to the vestibule of St. Nicholas Ukrainian Catholic Church in Passaic, NJ.”

The collection drive will continue throughout February and March 2023.
